Description
⸻
How It Works
- Place the test panel or substrate securely on the applicator platform or bed.
- Select the appropriate film applicator bar, drawdown bar or gap tool for the desired wet film thickness.
- Mount the bar in the holder and adjust the position and height as required.
- Set the applicator speed and travel distance using the control interface.
- Start the applicator; it will move the applicator bar steadily across the panel surface at the selected speed.
- The result is a uniform wet film layer with reproducible thickness across the panel.
- Allow the film to level or dry before performing subsequent testing or evaluation.
⸻
