How It Works
- Switch on the DewCheck-4 Series 2 and allow the instrument to stabilise.
- Place the sensor probe on the surface where dewpoint or surface temperature must be measured.
- The meter simultaneously measures air temperature, surface temperature and relative humidity.
- The built-in algorithm calculates the dewpoint and temperature difference (∆T).
- Read the results on the digital display.
- Use the readings to assess whether environmental conditions are suitable for coating application.
This direct measurement method helps prevent unsatisfactory coating performance due to moisture or condensation.
