How It Works
- Place the test panel or substrate on the compact applicator’s platform.
- Select the appropriate film applicator bar, drawdown tool or calibrated gap applicator for the desired wet film thickness.
- Mount the selected bar in the holder and adjust position as required.
- Set the applicator speed and stroke length via the intuitive control interface.
- Start the applicator; it will move the applicator bar steadily across the panel at the selected speed.
- A uniform wet film is produced with reproducible thickness across the panel.
- Allow the applied film to level or dry before further testing or evaluation.
This automated motion ensures consistent application, reduces manual variation and increases throughput.
