TQC Sheen Curvex 4 Oven Temperature Datalogger

The TQC Sheen CurveX 4 Oven Temperature Data Logger is a high-precision thermal profiler designed for professional powder coating, paint curing, and industrial oven monitoring. This 8-channel device captures detailed temperature data to ensure your oven operates within the correct curing window, helping you meet performance specifications, reduce rework, and maintain coating quality. Ideal for manufacturers, applicators, and QA professionals looking to enhance process control.

Description

The CurveX 4 Oven Temperature Data Logger is the ultimate high-precision solution for monitoring and analysing curing oven processes in industrial coating applications. Built to support quality control in powder coating, paint curing, and other thermal processes, it delivers highly reliable data to optimise oven performance and ensure consistent product quality.
Key Features & Benefits
  • 8-channel temperature logging: Allows simultaneous recording from up to eight thermocouple probes, enabling detailed profiling of both surface and air temperatures.
  • Large memory capacity: Stores up to 1,000,000 readings, divided into 20 memory blocks (50,000 readings each), ideal for batch tracking.
  • High measurement range: Supports thermocouple probes across a wide temperature span, making it suitable for a variety of oven types.
  • User-friendly interface: Operated via only three buttons, with multi-coloured LEDs that provide immediate feedback on power, logging, and cure status.
  • Software integration: Bundled with Ideal Finish Analysis software, which provides advanced cure-index computation, tolerance-band analysis, and professional reporting.
  • Efficient data transfer & charging: Connect via USB-C to download data and charge the internal rechargeable AA battery pack.
  • Durable design: Robust aluminium and plastic housing to withstand industrial environments.
  • Pre-calibrated: Factory-calibrated for immediate use, with a calibration certificate included (depending on SKU).
  • Programmable paint-type settings: Pre-program your “paint type” to allow instant pass/fail assessment during logging.

To get the full functionality from the CurveX 4 system, you will also need an insulation box, heat absorber, and suitable probes. These items ensure accurate measurements and safe operation inside curing ovens.

If you prefer to purchase the complete kit, please refer to the full CurveX 4 kit (Article No. CSTCX4010) on the dedicated product page.

Accessories & Options

* Probes: Choose from a variety of K-type thermocouple probes for surface (clamp, ring, magnet) or air measurements.
* Insulation boxes: Stainless-steel insulation boxes shield the logger in high-temperature ovens, preserving device integrity.
* Energy absorbers: Designed to work with insulation boxes to dissipate excess heat and protect the logger.

⚠️ Important: A data logger must always be used inside an insulation box together with the appropriate energy absorber when placed in an oven. Contact us for advice on which insulation box and absorber are best suited for your application.
